Sales & Design

  • Passion for new trends, color technology and furnishings.
  • Ability to communicate and relate to clients with excitement, integrity and creativity as you guide clients through the design process of their homes or business.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with staff.
  • Completion of training requirements as necessary.
  • Previous sales and design experience required, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Be prepared to submit a current resume’ that includes references.
  • Be prepared to submit any samples of your design work (professional or otherwise), and/or links to your Pinterest, or other design-related pins or postings that might reveal your style interests.
  • Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening required prior to employment.

Customer Service

  • Excellent customer interaction skills in person and on phone.
  • Must be able to type efficiently and accurately. (No hunting and pecking.)
  • A good working knowledge of Mac and PC Computer operations.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to accuracy with data entry on calculator and computer.
  • Ability to handle monetary transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Must be willing to work on holidays when store is open, and occasional Saturdays (store closed Sundays).
  • Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening required prior to employment.

Delivery and Distribution

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Subject to a background check and drug-free.
  • Work under the direction of our warehouse supervisor.
  • Ability to receive shipments.
  • Ability to use barcode scanners for inventory control.
  • Ability to lift and move large pieces of furniture.
  • Operation of furniture transportation machinery to include warehouse order pickup and delivery truck.
  • Delivery, installation and setup of furniture in customer’s homes.
  • Ability to assemble furniture.
  • Warehouse and showroom maintenance.
  • Stocking furniture in store showroom.
  • Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening required prior to employment.
